A mag­ni­ficent and comple­te­ly reno­va­ted lar­ge Vil­la Sea­View is for rent in the pres­ti­gious and qui­et resi­den­tial area of Tor­reblanca in Fuen­gi­ro­la. Rent starts at 2.800 €/week (+ elect­rici­ty, water, and bed linen, 20 €/person). The ren­tal price depends on the num­ber of per­sons and the ren­tal period.

The accom­mo­da­tion is on two levels. The ent­rance to the vil­la is at street level, whe­re the gara­ge is loca­ted. The­re is also a lift to the vil­la, which allows people with reduced mobi­li­ty to move around the vil­la. The vil­la sleeps up to 12 people and more can be accom­mo­da­ted on request (living room, 6 bedrooms, 5 bath­rooms, kitc­hen + dining room, toi­let, lob­by, lar­ge loun­ge, beau­ti­ful sled­ge sau­na and lar­ge ter­races with various sea­ting areas).

The vil­la has stun­ning views over the Medi­ter­ra­nean Sea. The lar­ge tiled pool area invi­tes you to loun­ge in the sun and occa­sio­nal­ly take a dip in the lar­ge pool. Under the per­go­la the­re is a lar­ge dining table and a lar­ge group of sofas whe­re you can enjoy an Anda­lusian eve­ning with a bar­becue. Ups­tairs on the ter­race the­re is a group of tables and a pool table for playing pool.

The house has a wire­less Wi-Fi network. The­re is a was­hing mac­hi­ne and a tumble dryer.

The beach is about 800m away. The nea­rest shop and res­tau­rant are about 500m away. A mini­bus stop to the Los Bolic­hes train sta­tion is 100m away. The vil­la is approxi­ma­te­ly 20 minu­tes from the airport.
